Service
There is a slight chance your system does not operate properly. Most times this can be solved with a few direction from us. In case this can not be done you have several options to get the system repaired :
- You can ship the system to us for repair.
- You can bring the system to us for repair and wait, if possible, for the system to be repaired.
- We can visit you onboard the vessel to repair the system.
Some important points for you to take into consideration when a repair is needed :
- If you ship parts to us, take precautions the parts are well protected in the package so that no (further) damage can occur.
- Costs for shipment to return the repaired parts will be charged.
- Travelcosts and expenses are always charged, even in case of warranty.
- In case of warranty labour and replaced parts are not charged.
- Repairs are always executed unless you ask for an estimate of the costs of the repair. When the repair of a part is not advisable in regard to the current value of the system we will contact you to ask for permission and/or advise you what to do in this matter.
- After repair of a system we cannot give any warranty that the set adjustments are still valid. Costs made to (re-)adjust the system caused by a repair can not be charged to us.
