coursesetter CS3

Not in production / Not available for sale
The course-setter CS3 is an interface, connected between an electronic compass of I.T. Holland and any riverpilot. By combining the course-setter with a r.o.t. indicator, a ship can be kept on course.
The current heading is automatically chosen when the compass-function on the autopilot is selected.
The autopilot must supply a dc voltage of at least 12V to enable the course-setter. In case of deviations in reference to the set heading, an analog signal is sent to the pilot. This signal can be adjusted, to keep optimal steering-characterics.
Heading changes can be adjusted by means of a separate switchbox available, without having to disable the compass-function on the pilot.
